My wife and I entered the hospital for the second time in 2 months (Not having a great summer). Once again we were treated by Dr. Kristen Wilkes and her assistant, nurse (name escapes me, white man, 30s neatly trimmed beard from Paterson NJ). They were so wonderful, that at one point we forgot we were in an emergency room. They had us in and out within an hour, with an action plan to correct the problem. I'm not sure how you hire your employees, but I would like to learn for my company! Thank you again Dr. Wilkes

Great ER experience. I came here for my sister who had a swollen arm after falling. It was on a Saturday around noon, and we were directly taken in and only waited 20 minutes to get the X-ray. All the staff was very welcoming, nice and understanding, especially since we were on vacations from France. All of that took less than 2 hours, which from my perspective is very efficient.

I had my baby at Jersey City Medical Center a week ago. I was very scared to have a bad experience but it was great. The nurses were amaiama, so caring and loving. The Dr Acevedo was so professional and respect my wishes until she could. They kept me calm the whole time. I am very grateful for all the love and care that me and my baby received.

I love the Therapy Center for speak & occupational therapy for my grandson. The therapists are very caring & knowledgeable. His speak had improved 98%, we are still working on small things. Now I see we will have to go to the Hospital building just to pay for parking. Why not put a kiosk in the therapy building? Why come out of one building just to walk to another one to pay. Please rethink.

I have been taking my son for Speech therapy for about 2 years now and he has made a lot of progress and I couldn't be happier with the outstanding work from the staff particularly with Pam she is the best!!. However I was just informed that we now have to enter the hospital to get our parking validated this change will really make our visits more challenging specially with a Disabled child and coming all the way from Kearny on a weekly basis, not sure why they can't continue with the current system in place it really makes things much easier.

I wasn’t feeling well while at work! Called the ER and spoke to nurse supervisor Michelle who was very polite and helpful! The staff in the ER were wonderful and kind! The doctors did all the tests necessary and answered all the questions I had! As a healthcare professional myself I was pleased with the care I received in the ER, radiology and 5 East! JCMC staff you rock! Keep up the great work! Thank You for all that you do!

My son-in-law was brought to the ER by the paramedics. The staff acted promptly and were very thorough. Necessary tests and labs were done quickly. The doctors were excellent. The care on admission was also very good. A nurse even made a follow-up appointment for him.

Trying to get medical records without driving an hour and a half, and I have to go in person. This really sucks and is unfortunate!!! They're only open the hours I work! I mean hello people we have lives. There should be another way to release my sons information without me driving there. FElicia is an amazing physical therapist in the occupation therapy side, but I don't have any experience in the ED.

I came in to the ER because I had chest pains on my left side. The triage nurse was great. When I got called inside, although I was there from 12pm -almost 11pm, Nurse Diane was awesome. She is so professional and caring. Even though she was busy, she would ask me if I was okay and updated me on my test results. She would say I just checked it a few mins ago, it’s not back yet. She also gave my 13 yr old son (who has autism) some sandwiches because he was growing impatient. Dr. Mark Martinez was the ER doc and he was extremely professional. He is very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me. As busy as the ER was I received the best quality care. I’m highly satisfied I chose to go to JCMC and not Christ

Delivered my first child here last year by c-section and I found the staff friendly, helpful and professional. The facility was very tidy and welcoming. Highly recommend if someone is looking for a hospital in the area for labor and delivery.

I had a wonderful experience. I delivered my baby 👶🏻 girl there. They have a great 👍 neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) . My DD(dear daughter) was admitted there as she was born premature. They took care of her as a mother. I felt very secure that they were handling her very properly . All the nurses are great. Very helpful.

Unfortunately had to boost the ER as soon as we arrived in NJ. The staff at ER were helpful and showed patience with patients and their attendants. Doctors were knowledgeable. They had all equipment in good shape.

I've taken both my children at very different ages and for very different reasons. They have a pediatric ER area. Everyone we came into contact with was calm and helpful. One visit was around 8pm and the other midday, both times we were seen promptly and were leaving within two hours at the most. It's never fun to take a kid to the ER but this was the best possible version of that experience.

My friend had a bad infection and we knew he would not do very well. They did what he could, but he lost the leg. He is happy now because he gets disability payments. So i guess the hospital did really well for him.

Was there yesterday, went in for vomiting, abdominal pain and fevers front desk took me right in went straight to room within 5 minutes nurse and dr came in asked what was wrong ordered blood work and started iv fluids right away. Was sent to do urine found out im pregnant after that doctor came in said they wanted a ultrasound to make sure there was nothing wrong because of the abdominal pain.... Hats off to these nurses and doctors.... One thing is yes sometimes it takes a while for results but what people need to realize is that it is a hospital they get critical emergency's all the time they also need to realize that 1 nurse is usually tending to at least 5 or more other patients with other issues not saying you aren't important but sometimes you have to be patient.... Hospital is amazing and staff is outstanding....
