I first went to another clinic and the doctor was awful Dr. Brooks is amazing and ketamine has kept me out of the hospital for my depression

A life saver. The treatment went very well, the people who works there are extremely welcoming and carefull. I had an interview with Dr. Brooks. He’s a kind man. He brought facts to me about depression I never knew. Today, it’s my forth treatment and i’m feeling a lot better. I know I have to wait a little longer before making a full statement. However, it’s seems I do respond well and this is promising. Yes there is cost, but at least I can envision to get a life, work, joyfull time and dedication. Yes there is hope in new treatment.

Dr. Brooks has been treating me for several years & I can only say, he is arguably the most knowledgeable, compassionate, down to earth Dr. I have known. He is a literal pioneer in ketamine treatment. Without going into the particulars of my condition, I will only say I had tried EVERYTHING, in vain, for years, at the expense of my wallet & sanity. I was at the end of my rope. Ketamine gave me back my peace of mind, my creativity. I never thought I'd feel normal again. Other Dr.s are now trying to cash in on ketamine treatments (which costs cents on the dollar) & charge insane rates. Brooks charges reasonable rates for treatment. He is always present for the treatment. He is knowledgeable about what to do in any situation, unlike other less experienced Dr.s. I hope everybody gives ketamine the thought & chance it deserves as a treatment option (but do not go to a different Dr. without looking at Brooks first!) I also tried that & was very unhappy with the outcome. The other Dr.s were charging insane rates, could not give the attention or time required with treatment, and/or had staff who were not licensed nurses, experimenting on my arm with the catheter. I hope other Dr.s, researchers, and the media stop their judgemental views on ketamine being a "club drug" with no other uses than to "get high." Many substances on this earth can be medicinal in the right context and the right dosage.

This guy is a real pioneer in the field. You don't need to know much about his backstory to understand why he cares as much as he does. His treatment approaches have been adopted by clinics across the country. Awesome guy.

Dr. Brooks is a doctor whose compassion equals his brilliance in treating his patients. I receive ketamine infusions for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), and they are an incredible help in knocking the unrelenting pain down to a level where I not only increase functionality, but can also enjoy life again. I highly recommend this treatment and this doctor. In addition, the office & nursing staff are professional, helpful, and empathic. The treatment area is comfortable, and I feel completely safe throughout my treatment, as I know I'm in excellent hands.

The best doctor in the tri-state area, and I've had countless medical problems, yet he has the best of both in the rare combination of a physician. Compassion and an encyclopedic knowledge of medicine. If you are having depression and oral medications don't work, you must see him.

I want to spread the word that Dr. Brooks is a Revolutionary, a Saint, and a LIFESAVER. I will never be able to re-pay him for how he's helped me so far. If you or a loved one has Untreatable PTSD, Depression, Physical Pain, Addiction or Opiate Dependency, -this Dr. is The One! The treatment model is the holy grail of treatment models. He is dynamic & brilliant enough to know the complexities of co-existing issues and empathetic enough to take the time to educate you, REALLY educate you on how medications work, why some things are good/bad, why some meds are not what you thought etc., as well as be flexible to adjust your treatment when things are unpredictable. You will get more than your money's worth in spades and your life will change in the affirmative.
